Testing Laboratory
In Sun Capacitors (Pune) Pvt. Ltd., We conduct all routine tests on each & every capacitor as per relevant IS specification. In addition, all type tests are also carried out as per BIS guidelines in house only.
Capacitors are tested at every stage of production. All final capacitors are tested as per IS norms with help of very accurate testing equipments in our well equipped lab. Our Capacitors are also type tested at C P R I & E R D A periodically.
Test Certificate is made available on request.

For manufacturing reliable MPP Capacitors we have got advanced & sophisticated automatic winding machines.
Winding is the heart of the capacitors. We have got fully automatic machines which have best electronic as well as pneumatic controls. Due to best electro pneumatic controls of winding machine it gives tightly wound elements, which results in Zero defect with accurate output. Capacitors elements are wound in air conditioned room, under controlled moisture on automatic winding machines. Every pair of MPP film is tested, for resistivity & other tests before winding.

End metallisation Zinc spray equipment is also automatic, which makes it possible to have continuous uniform, fine spray of adequate uniform thickness. This results best end contact inturn a very low tan δ. All raw materials are subjected to regoures inspection.Capacitors are tested at every stage of production.
